What overseas ECU and TCU customers should send first
Before ordering an online tuning file or posting a module to the UK, send the vehicle model, year, engine code, ECU/TCU hardware and software numbers, the reading tool and a description of the fault or requested service. Include original and donor label photographs for cloning.
Digital files: submit an untouched original read through your SGTM account after confirming compatibility.
Physical modules: wait for acceptance and a quotation before arranging tracked shipping, customs paperwork or return carriage.

How long does international programming take?
Turnaround depends on the controller, requested work and testing required. Postal transit and customs time are separate from workshop turnaround.
How do you confirm compatibility?
We use module photographs, part numbers, hardware and software IDs, vehicle details and the requested service before approval.
Are immobiliser and security services available internationally?
Only for legitimate repair and replacement cases after ownership, technical and legal checks. Availability depends on the ECU and security architecture.
Do you accept ECU files or modules from customers outside the UK?
SGTM can assess supported online tuning-file and postal-module enquiries internationally. Import, shipping, customs and compatibility should be confirmed before sending hardware.
