Building a substantially modified engine? SGTM can assess the ECU, software and your specification before discussing whether a Stage 3 or Stage 3+ calibration service is technically feasible.

Large-turbo, fuel-system and intake changes require a custom route rather than a generic staged file.
Charge temperatures, fuelling, gearbox limits and mechanical integrity all have to be reviewed together.
SGTM discusses realistic goals and limitations after checking the full hardware package.
Stage 3 is not a fixed power package. It can involve larger turbochargers, changed fuel injectors, intercooling, sensors, pressure targets and modified torque delivery. These changes require a different review from a routine Stage 1 remap.
Send the engine code, ECU identifiers, software version, hardware list, fuel requirements and project goals. We will establish whether the ECU and calibration route are supported before quoting.

Request an ECU check →The correct service is based on ECU identification, mechanical condition and the proposed road-compliant calibration.
Hardware, fueling, boost and engine condition must be reviewed together.
Some platforms have access, software or security limitations and may not be supported.
Complex builds may require specialist mechanical, data-logging or dyno validation by suitably equipped providers.
These are examples for discussion, not a promise of compatibility or specific power figures.
Larger turbo or hybrid-turbo projects require matching fuel, air and thermal strategies.
Injector and fuel-system changes require verified component data and calibration support.
Clutch and gearbox capacity, TCU restrictions and traction control must be understood before increasing torque.
Registration, VIN, engine code, year, modifications and any ECU fault information.
We assess ECU hardware, software version, security access and compatibility.
Discuss health, transmission, use case and the appropriate road-compliant calibration.
We confirm the quote, workshop or selected mobile availability, and verification required.
See the separate professional ECU file service. We show authentic workshop work where available and do not imply an unrelated case study is a measured tuning result.

Send your vehicle details before booking. Our workshop is in Stourbridge near Birmingham; selected West Midlands mobile visits are subject to availability. Postal module and online tuning-file services are separate from in-vehicle appointments.
Remapping may require notifying your insurer. The vehicle must meet applicable MOT, emissions and roadworthiness rules. Existing mechanical faults should be repaired before calibration.
BESPOKE QUOTATION · SUPPORT SUBJECT TO REVIEWNo. Results depend on hardware, engine health, fuel and valid testing. SGTM does not promise a generic figure.
Validation requirements depend on the project; SGTM does not advertise an on-site dyno and can discuss appropriate external verification.
Registration, VIN, ECU part number, engine code, full modification list, fuel specification and the intended use.
Supported trade customers may use SGTM’s separate online ECU tuning-file service. Compatibility and testing responsibilities must be agreed.
Send the registration, VIN, engine code, year, modifications and what you want to achieve. Our team will confirm support and the appropriate next step.
